Without limiting the foregoing, your benefits and those of your dependents/beneficiaries are subject to the requirements and conditions of the applicable Plan Documents, and you or your dependents/beneficiaries are not entitled to benefits solely upon becoming eligible under the applicable plan. In addition, neither you nor any beneficiary/dependent, employer or provider shall obtain any rights because of any statements on, or omission from, the Website or Member App. The information contained on the Website and Member App does not amend, modify, or affect the official plan documents (the “Plan Documents”) in any way. The Member App is intended to provide members 24/7 access to view their health benefits, including eligibility, claim status, and ID cards. The purpose of the Website is to provide information about UHH, its plans, health centers, and the benefits and other services provided by UHH and to facilitate the provision of and payment for such benefits and services through its member, employer, and provider portals. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website or Member App. Members will talk to you like owe them something feeling very entitled and will talk to you however they want and managers will not back you up.By accessing the UNITE HERE HEALTH (UHH), (a/k/a Culinary Health Fund), or a UHH subsidiary website (Website) and member portal application (Member App), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms of use and privacy statement (these “Terms”). Oh yea, managers also do not have your back when escalating a call. Only good thing about this job is the fact that you get to work from home (now) and pay is decent. The call can be great and member will satisfied but you will still not get a 100% because you didn’t say specific words or because you had the member on hold for more than 30 secs. They OVER WORK YOU and don’t want to compensate you for your hard work! They expect you to get 100% on a call and QA will pick on you on every single call and tell you that you did something wrong. If you try to take a personal they will also question you as if you don’t have a right to use personal time. First, let me say this company is only getting worst by the year! You can’t even put your self on “after call work” once you’re done with a call because you’ll receive a message stating you need to get off “after call work” and get back on “ready” right away. If you’re looking for a job who always is asking you what you’re doing, then this is the job for you. But if you’re looking for a place to work where you can feel miserable every single day of your life. So if you’re looking for a job that’s not stressful (mainly because of how ridiculous management is) and want to feel you’re making a difference in people’s lives then this job is definitely not for you. They do not care about their employees, they’re just little pawns. UHH only cares about one thing and one thing only, to make The Union happy. Lots of micromanagement, criticism, belittling and just simple caos. ![]() Management on the other hand, well what can I say. So don’t let the smiles over zoom fool you. Co workers are the biggest hypocrites (from the exception of one or two) and are there to help no one but themselves. Management will expect you to answer calls after hours and go above and beyond your pay rate. Once you’re a few months in you start to realize what a sh*tshow this company really is. It all starts great like every relationship but don’t let that fool you.
